Pantone Support

A while ago I bought new Pantone Formula Guides. And I wasn’t satisfied with the quality. Some of the colors had nasty spots. Just like the one in this picture.

So I contacted Pantone Support and they told me I could send in my damaged guides to their German office. It took a while though. After a month or so without any colorguides I received my brand new guides. And these ones appear to be good. Thank you Pantone!
